We offer a traditional hot rock steam sauna capable of reaching temperature of 195°F. The steam and heat is perfect for relaxation and stress relief, detoxification, muscle and joint recovery, and improved circulation. This is a private sauna room that is open to the public for booking.
An assisted full body stretch is designed to improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and more aligned. We aim to enhance flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation throughout the entire body through targeted techniques.
Air compression sleeves are applied to specific areas of the body, typically the legs, arms, or abdomen, to enhance circulation, reduce swelling, and delay muscle soreness. The device creates cycles of pressure which will gently squeeze the muscles allowing for a dynamic, relaxing massage.
